The Therapy Process
Step 1: Schedule a free 20-minute phone consultation.
Let’s chat about what you need and I can answer any questions you have. A consultation helps us determine if I am a good fit and how ready you are to do a deep dive.
Step 2: Weekly online video appointments.
Choose a private place with good internet. We will meet at first for 90 minute sessions until you feel ready to transition to bi-monthly or as-needed appointments.
Step 3: Gain peace and understanding.
You will feel understood and empowered to take steps toward peace and purpose with every session. You’ll know when you are ready to “graduate” from therapy.
