Are you facing a terminal diagnosis and wondering how the end will go?

After the initial shock of a terminal diagnosis, you may be wondering how to navigate your final days. You may find yourself dealing with many emotions at once that suddenly affect your daily functioning. This is NOT the way you saw your life going. If there are things left unsaid, let me help you be at peace by “tying up loose ends” and say goodbye.

Therapy can help

You can feel heard. You can say all the things you need to say. You can be at peace.

What is therapy for the terminally ill like?

  • Feel heard, understood, and completely validated.

  • Understand how to move to a peaceful place that allows you to “die well”.

  • Learn how to love, understand, and value yourself and those you leave behind, leaving no words left unsaid.

I’ll help through this process, tailoring each step to your unique needs and circumstances. I can help you navigate tricky family relationships.
