Finding and creating peace in your life.
Meet Kelley Molinari, creator of the Brief Grief Therapy method
Why you’re in the right place…
Peace & purpose amidst change
I’m Kelley. I help adults and teens just like you: ones who want to find purpose and meaning when life doesn’t go the way you planned, and need support to get to a better place. You may be grieving from:
death; partner, child, pet, sibling
trauma; childhood abuse or toxic relationships
divorce or parent’s separation/divorce
issues with your partner
any life event that feels beyond your control.
Each of these life stressors force us to start over.
I can help you do that!
For the grieving:
I help you create peace and purpose amidst loss by understanding your story, tapping into your strengths, and collaborating on building a new future.
You’re not “getting over it” or “moving on.” I walk the road to healing with you to let your love and natural gifts grow around the pain. That’s when peace comes.
For life transitions:
I know that your circumstances are unique and that you may feel isolated, anxious and depressed. Through our work together, you will feel empowered to make positive, lasting changes and gain some clarity and direction that can affect all areas of your life for the better.
I am dedicated to helping people feel peace and hope.
I am an Advanced Certified Grief Therapist and a Life Transitions Coach. That means I have the experience you need and deserve when trying to make sense of it all. But at the end of the day, you want to know you’re working with someone who “gets” what it means to be an adult or adolescent dealing with loss of any kind.
Let me share a small portion of my story. In the midst of divorce, I lost my father (and the father figure to my children). A year later, my mother died just weeks after being diagnosed with Leukemia. My support system was ripped out from under me as I faced foreclosure and an uncertain future! These losses (among many) taught me how I grieve, and helped me become a therapist to help others navigate grief and life’s greatest stressors.
I know that feeling of hopelessness that runs deep, despite a knowledge of what I “should do.” You won’t just get a trained therapist, you’ll get someone who truly understands what you’re going through.
