What Grief Therapy looks like when you lose your spouse or partner
How it works:
We meet online weekly for 90 minute sessions at first, until you begin to get a sense of what living with your loss looks like for you.
You have a safe space to share all you are going through as well as anything from the past that bubbles up to the surface while you are grieving.
There is no timeline for healing. We go at a pace that feels right for you.
I help you find your footing by giving you coping skills, exploring support options, discovering ways to honor your partner from our first session until you feel ready to hold your own.
Why it helps:
Seeking the help of a grief specialist can provide you with a safe space to process these complex emotions, navigate through your grief, and start the healing process.
Grief therapy can offer you support, guidance, and coping strategies to help you cope with the loss of your spouse.
You can feel less alone in your grief and find the tools you need to move forward in your journey towards healing.
