I am based in the Seattle area and travel frequently to Utah. I offer online intensives in the states of Washington and Utah, and grief coaching throughout the U.S.

I offer 90-minute intensives to dive into and repair the acute suffering through a HIPAA-secure online platform called Doxy. My Brief Grief Therapy method is collaborative and you will take an active part in your healing. That’s what makes it so effective! When you feel ready, you can transition to bi-monthly, then as-needed.

I offer secure online sessions from the privacy of your home or office. All you need is good internet access.

I do not accept insurance but offer a superbill to submit for out-of-network benefits. The superbill contains all the information insurance companies need to reimburse you if you have OON benefits. Most insurance companies reimburse a large portion of therapy fees.

The first intensive is a deep dive into your story and what has shaped how you see yourself and your loss. I ask questions that help me understand your unique experience. I listen to understand your story in a way that inspires a roadmap to healing and what it would mean for you to feel peace .

For the grieving: How long will your grief last? There is no timeline for grieving, but intensive grief therapy often goes faster than other types of therapy. You will know when you are ready to “graduate from therapy”. You will feel more peace and your coping skills will greatly increase.
For the terminally ill: As long as you are able to comfortably meet.
For couples: When you start putting into practice the changes we discuss, you can see results immediately, and when you feel ready, take the tools you learn and just check in as needed.
